We use our proven GO! template: a standard design in which structure, settings and processes are already preconfigured. We load this into your environment, so you have a working system right away. No customization, no adjustments, and therefore we can offer this package at a competitive fixed price.

Do you still want something different than the template offers, such as customization, links or additional apps? Then that is possible as a separate order.

This is how we guide you to a successful start.

Step 1: The preparation

You choose a templated implementation: GO! QuickStart. We load our fixed best-practice setup for you, so that you immediately have a working Business Central environment.

Beforehand, you determine which licenses your users need and choose the Customer Care package that best suits your organization.

Step 2: ABC Academy

Before we start, we advise you to take the Kickstart and Basis courses through our ABC Academy. That way you start well prepared and know exactly what to expect later. Don't have a Customer Care Basic contract? Then the costs are €150 per user.

Step 3: Guidance

We guide you for up to 3 days in setting up and using Business Central. Everything is done online and on a set schedule:

  • Day 1: Finance, Purchasing, Sales
  • Day 2: Inventory, CRM and other modules
  • Day 3: Preparation for going live

Step 4: GO! Live

Time to go live! On your go live day, we'll be available for an additional 2 hours to support you with questions and make sure everything is running smoothly. Good luck with your new ERP system!

Choose your licenses.

To use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, you need a license. This license gives you access to the system and determines which functionalities you can use.

Because Business Central is a cloud-based solution, updates, maintenance and security are included in the monthly license fee. So you always work with the most up-to-date version of the system, without any hassle. Microsoft also releases major releases twice a year with new features and improvements.

We offer three different licenses, depending on the user's requirements and responsibilities.

The Essentials license is required by default to take advantage of the basic functionality of Business Central.

What exactly is GO! QuickStart exactly?

GO! QuickStart is a fast, standard implementation of Business Central based on a fixed setup template. No customization, but a working system within a week, including support.

Why is GO! QuickStart so inexpensive?

Because we work with a pre-arranged template, we save time and therefore costs. Everything is standard, so you don't pay extra hours for customization or complex setup.

Can I expand later?

Within GO! QuickStart you work with a fixed standard setup. Do you need additional support for further implementation or optimization at a later time? If so, this is of course possible. Together we will look at what you need help with and offer this as an additional assignment.

What do I have left to do myself?

For a successful start, we recommend that you take the ABC Academy training courses Kickstart and Basis and prepare your processes and data well. We then guide you through three set steps to going live.

What is a templated implementation?

In a templated implementation, we use a pre-built template in Business Central. This means that the structure, settings and processes have already been prepared for you based on best practices. You get a working system without customization, allowing you to go live quickly and for a fixed price. Ideal for companies that want to get started quickly without complicated customizations.

The schedule depends on our availability. After your request, we will coordinate a start time together. Please note that you will first attend the training sessions before we start.
